24 Hour Cancellation Policy-
When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you, and missed appointments prevent me from accommodating other clients. Please understand that therapists only get paid when they deliver a service. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked. Rescheduling will not waive the fee. Appointments made within 24 hours are automatically subject to cancellation fees.
If an emergency situation arises, please let me know so that I can treat your specific situation with personal attention. I recognize that there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and I may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions. We are more than willing to cancel or reschedule your appointment if you do so in a reasonable amount of time.
If possible late arrivals will receive an extension of their time, this is not a guarantee and full payment will still be expected. I may not be able to work past the scheduled end time of the session because I need time to clean the table, linens, do paperwork, and prepare for the next client.
My services are strictly therapeutic, any comments or acts of a sexual nature will immediately end the session and you will be charged the full amount of the session.
You will be required to fill out a health history form and waiver. You will also be required to show actual photo identification prior to the session.
I reserve the right to put my safety first. If at any time I feel I am at risk of danger or you are under the influence of any illegal substance I will end the session and you will be required to pay the full cost of your treatment.
