Policies

When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you, and missed appointments prevent me from accommodating other clients. Please understand that therapists/estheticians  only get paid when they deliver a service. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay 30% cost of the treatment as booked. Rescheduling will not waive the fee. Appointments made within 24 hours are automatically subject to cancellation fees. 

If an emergency situation arises, please let me know so that I can treat your specific situation with personal attention. I recognize that there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and I may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions. We are more than willing to cancel or reschedule your appointment if you do so in a reasonable amount of time.

Late Arrivals

If possible late arrivals will receive an extension of their time, this is NOT a guarantee and full payment will still be expected. I may not be able to work  past the scheduled end time of the session because I need time to sanitize the room, change linens, do paperwork, and prepare for the next client. 

Refund Policy

As a service provider I invest my time and effort into every service that I offer. Results may vary as everyone has different skin type, conditions and lifestyles. Although I strive for 100% satisfaction, I can never make guarantees. For this reason, RoyalBodi Massage and Beauty does not offer refunds or guarantee results. 

By booking, you understand that there are no refunds and will not hold RoyalBodi Massage and Beauty responsible for any chargebacks.
